End User License Agreement

Effective as of April 15, 2026

1. License Grant

Shortify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA.

The application is licensed, not sold. Shortify retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the application.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the application to any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the application
• Circumvent any technological measures designed to control access to the application

3. Content

All content available through Shortify, including but not limited to video series, episodes, images, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Shortify and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not download, record, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission from Shortify.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Shortify offers auto-renewable subscriptions and in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

5. Consent to Use of Data

You agree that Shortify may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to device identifiers, operating system version, and application usage statistics, to facilitate software updates, product support, and service improvements.

6. Third-Party Services

The application may display, include, or make available third-party content or provide links to third-party services. You acknowledge that Shortify is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials.

Third-party services used by Shortify include Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Firebase, and TikTok Events. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies from your devices.

Shortify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Shortify does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHORTIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR THE USE OF THE APPLICATION.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shortify operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to This EULA

Shortify reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on this page. Your continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

If you downloaded the application from the Apple App Store:

• This EULA is between you and Shortify only, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the application
• In the event of any failure of the application, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable)
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the application
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA
