Auto-Renewal Notice
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Manage from your App Store or Play Store settings.
These Terms govern your use of Shortify (the "App") and associated services (the "Service"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing Shortify, you confirm you are at least 16 years old and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the Service and cancel any active subscriptions.
2. Account Registration
You may use the service anonymously or create an account via Google or Apple. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure.
3. Usage Restrictions
You are granted a limited license to watch content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Download or distribute content without permission.
- Used bots or automated tools to access the Service.
- Reverse engineer the Application.
4. Payments & Virtual Currency
Coins and Credits in the app have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred. Subscriptions are processed by App Stores.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by the respective platform stores (Apple/Google). For EU/UK residents, statutory withdrawal rights apply. Contact [email protected] for assistance.
